The worst nail job I’ve ever received! Nails wasn’t filed down properly, you can see the air bubbles from Cindy not doing her job because she’s to busy text on her phone, she missed a step after putting on the dip she forgot to put the setting coating on-top! Just a horrible job! I need a flipping refund! Never going back! Nails are too thick and not natural looking! She missed parts of my nail that does not have dip! It just looks absolutely horrible! I’m so disappointed! Every time I look down at my nail I just want to take them off! Ugh! I wish I didn’t pay for it! And I shouldn’t have! I did tell her that she did a bad job on my nails and she wanted me to stay to fix the issue but I have things to do and not to stay another hour or more for her to take it off and or fix the issue tha

So my daughter who are 10 years old wanted to get there nails done so bad so I took them to this place I should have know they wasn’t going to be good . The one lady in the front chair was doing one of my daughters nails and she did a terrible job she shape her nails to short she was rush the little frenchies are uneven and when bring it up to her she tried argue with me like she didn’t have any customer service skills. I felt like because she felt like she was a veteran she knew what she Was doing opposed to the younger girl. And the younger girl did a way better job than her

I went there the day of my birthday since it was last minute. It was quick and fast. I did my feet and hands, but I noticed the nail polish started to do something weird. After I took a shower and the gel nail polish began to split. This was a brand new nail polish I picked because the others looked so old. I had to come back the next day to have them fix it. I have never experienced this before. I only had them do my hands over. I didn't even bother with my feet. I just know that I won't be going back.
