i honestly wish i could give la nails zero stars. this was one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a salon. the manager is a horrible person and made the entire visit uncomfortable from start to finish. the way she spoke to customers was rude, dismissive, and straight up disrespectful. it felt like she thought she was better than everyone walking through the door. they overcharge like crazy for work that does not even come close to being worth it. random extra fees were added without being clearly explained, and when i asked about the total, the manager caught an attitude instead of calmly answering. it felt shady and unprofessional. the service itself was rushed and careless. no attention to detail, no effort to make sure i was happy, just trying to get me out of the chair as fa

I loved it, a very good experience. The guy Mike who did my hands and feet was attentive and very patient. I loved the delicacy with which he did my nails. Thank you, I will return soon.

The guy who did my nails was very professional. Loved how they came out. Update: still great service. And she copied the picture I showed her with no problem. I love my pop cartoon art nails. Thank you girl!

i made an appointment with trina (manager) on monday for 12.18 at 5:30. i called to confirm an hour before my appointment and she said i was still good to go. i arrive and i sit down and then a lady comes right after me and says she has an appointment with the same time as me to see trina, after making that error she didn’t even apologize to me. that’s a very ugly thing to do as the owner of the establishment. luckily there was another girl who was able to do my nails and she was super nice, my nails came out perfect. please next time trina be careful when scheduling appointments because that’s how you can lose clients.

Their acrylic overlay doesn't last...my nail chipped 2nd day and it wasnt the first time this happens....the nail falls off withing 2 weeks. They need to hire qualify nail techs. Save ur nails and money and go someplace else
