LA Nails

I was headed to a funeral and I thought it would be great to go ahead and have my lashes done. As a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician and nail tech I’m very well versed in cleanliness and application of lashes. She sat me down in the chair. She did not sanitize her hands at all or even attempt to put on gloves. Then I never noticed what type of glue she was using until she had completed my lash service. She literally glued lashes to my water line. So my eyes watered for days after. Also, I realized she had used quick weave glue. Now I understand a lot of women like to go cheap and not spend the money on the appropriate product but I’m not one of them. I was terrified trying to remove them and I lost so many lashes. I WILL NEVER allow this place to do Any type of service at all.

Over 20 years of service, I love my nail salon ok. They do it all just don't serve wine anymore.....

Wait times are extremely long! Every time I visit this location, the wait time is an hour or longer. Honestly, I feel that the manger does not know how to properly facilitate the flow of the customers. For example, if I come in for eyebrows, she will make me wait an hour. This service typically takes about 5-10 minutes. There is no way a person should be waiting this long for a quick service. There should be one or two people assigned for eyebrows/lashes. Everyone should not be doing manicures and pedicures at the same time. If that’s the case, who is left to do other services. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or poor management. I have been a loyal customer to this nail shop for years. It really sucks that I have been going through this lately.

I absolutely love the family atmosphere in L.A.Nails! It’s always a great vibe with great customer service.
