So stuff is over priced but that is EVERY hair store but for the most part it has GREAT PRICES. Customer service is great never makes you feel like you are stealing and they have a points/ reward system. Just went yesterday to get stuff for my granddaughter and had a great time like always.

Ahamed,Mohamed, Omar was outstanding customer service. What an amazing store full of assortment of hair products. I found what I was looking for Wonder 8 Oil which is very hard to find. Omar was very friendly and customer service was 5 stars. I was treated like a King by Ahamed and Mohamed.

Amazing customer service!! Please support this beauty supply they have everything and more! In comparison to their competitors they are polite, really attentive, and care that you are spending your money with them. I don’t feel watched when walking around the store and feel extremely comfortable which makes me want to spend more money with them. I stopped going to elegant beauty supply a while back once I discovered this gem! Please support as it’s black owned as well

Always great service whenever I go here. The owners are very polite and treat customers as though they value them shopping there. It has a good variety of products & hair selection and the store is always clean & organized.
