I have had a few terrible experiences here. There is an older Arab man who works there and is VERY rude with ZERO customer service skills at all. I should not have even come back to be treated poorly a second time but since black beauty supply stores are not in the Redwood City area I gave it a second chance and definitely regretted it. Not only is the guy rude, they don't have a great selection of products. It's worth it to me to just drive across the bridge or to San jose where the real beauty supply stores are. Or I might just open my own store since they are doing a terrible job in this area!

Went to look but they are closed before the time. Went back today and was helped a lot. The lady helped me find the hair I needed and was willing to help me find everything I was looking for!

This place is great they are so nice they have a amazing selection of braid hair Marley hair dreads. Wigs weave, clip in so many good hair care products. Beads barrets, bom boms, hair jewelry, regular jewelry lashes. They have everything I use and love. Such an amazing find
