This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so I was kinda nervous not knowing what to expect. Lauren was awesome. I asked for her opinion and I absolutely love how she did them and how they came out. She was very nice and we feel like we've known her forever. Such a beautiful girl. I had an amazing experience at LA Esthetics! This was my first time getting a facial, waxing and eyebrow tint, and I was really nervous. But she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. My eyebrows came out PERFECT, and my face feels so smooth and clean. The brows fit me so well, especially for my first time. I’m definitely coming back, and I highly recommend her if you want great results. Five stars for sure!

The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous, so relaxing and pretty. Lauren is incredibly kind and caring; she really takes her time and makes sure you're comfortable. And I am obsessed with my lashes! Was excited to try a new place to get my eyebrows threaded since they had such great reviews. Made an appointment online during my lunch break and it was accepted. Walked over from work and the door was locked. Called the number from the website which was disconnected. Called the number from the confirmation and got voicemail. Texted the chat on the website and didn’t get an answer. Waited outside for 20 minutes then left. Did get a response 45 minutes later offering me 20% off for the inconvenience which is odd since the big sign out front says 20% off for new customers anyways.
