They provide very poor service. They don’t assist people in the order they arrive, and when you make an appointment, they don’t respect the scheduled time.

asked for 3 inches to be removed and this old woman with an accent and short curly hair cut off a whole foot she also gave me a bunch of layers that i didn't want, i just wanted a trim i know she was aware my hair was very long!!! she commented i had "a lot of hair" before chopping it off. don't let that jealous old woman cut your hair!

The haircut and color were great. I would give an easy five stars for that. Shaping my beard and the shave was not as good. The shave left me stubbled immediately after it. It was not smooth at all. But what got the two stars was them overcharging me and then arguing and insisting on it. Two different people performed services. And that's why they said the overcharging was necessary. The problem is that the guy who did the cut and the beard and the shave charged me for a cut and color and beard. And the lady who did the color charged me for the color. So I got charged for the color twice. $35 for cut and color, $13 for the beard, $15 for the color. It should have been $5 for the haircut, $13 for the beard, and $15 for the color.

I've came here to get my eyebrows waxed and was really upset how I got passed up twice ,too people walked in one didn't even write there name down and they go called up before I did and I know he didn't have an appointment because when I finally got up there since we were talking about being busy I asked her if she had any appointments earlier and she said no that's when I really got upset. actually this is the place on why I learned how to cut my own hair because they always did mess up on my hair too but I really need my EYEBROWS done and I didn't think they would or was really hoping they wouldn't mess up my eyebrows too but ya know

Laundry was okay. But the barber shop was unforgiving. My parents were furious when the barber lady cut my entire hair off to make it bald, and I sat there, wondering, "I should have cut my own hair at home." Because they showed her the picture of what they want for my hair to look like, but this witch of a barber denys it. At this point, we were unhappy of the service they gave us. I never want to get my haircut at this place ever again. If I see that lady again - I don't remember who she was but she was a Hispanic woman - I would do worse things for her.😠 Go to a different barber shop!
