I had my first facial at Eleven Eleven Day Spa with YaYa on 12/05/2025 and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly and professional, the treatment room was calm and clean, and the esthetician explained each step and customized the facial to my skin.

10/10 Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! My first visit, but it won’t be my last. Very clean and relaxing experience. I came for a facial, but opted for micro needling instead, and she was really gentle, whilst explaining each step. Would highly recommended to anyone needing a skin boost☺️

Today was my first time getting a facial at Eleven Eleven Day Spa and to say the least, my experience was AMAZING!!! Parking was great! I was greeted with a smile as soon as entered the door! My esthetician’s name was YaYa and she was GREAT as well! Very informative as to what products would work best with my skin, what foods to shy away from if I want my problem areas to improve and a host much needed, great information! As for the facial itself, TOP TIER!!! My favorite part was the extractions! I even took a nap during the service (it was that relaxing)! I left looking a lot better than what I walked in the door and I’ll definitely be back monthly!
