I’m wondering how a basic pedicure can be just a soap wash and a quick cream massage, and the manicure only cuticle removal and nail polish. The service was horrible! Both of them were in such a rush to go home. I arrived at 6, thinking they close at 7, but they still hurried through everything. They charged $71, didn’t even let my toenail polish dry, and now it’s already chipped.I don’t recommend this place.
So many color choices! Clean space, kind staff. Scored a last minute appointment for a shellac manicure and my hubs and mom got pedi’s. My technician was very patient as I switched colors a few times and I love how it turned out. Thanks La Belle, we’ll be back!
My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for here for a surprise I was very very excited to get a mani pedi since it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to treat myself. When we arrive there was barely anyone there so no wait time, and Mimi was able to start my pedicure right away. She was so gentle and we had nice conversation it really felt luxurious and my nails came out beautiful. She took her time and put care into each step and it felt amazing. Then as soon as I was done Cam got right started on my acrylic nails, despite me doing a last minute color change she was very accommodating, she was very quick without compromising the quality and the nails came out better than what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back for future services!
I went there to get French tip pedicure, walking in the environment wasn’t welcoming at all. The ladies too about 20min to get me seated. I’m a black young woman so I notice I was being judged by them. They lady finally had me seated and any concerned I had wasn’t reassured. She acted as if she didn’t speak any English when I would ask her questions. She started air drying my toes with a sheet of paper. The caught an attitude when I asked her to fix the smudges on my big toe. I left unsatisfied
Filed deep cuts into my skin when shaping my nails. It’s still so painful. No regard and everything was so rushed. My towel was visibly dirty when I got there and she kept wiping her glasses with it then wiping my hands. Stopped to organized her cash tips mid appointment with her gloved hands then went back to do my nails with same gloves? She kept picking what was probably other clients skin from the tools and examining them before using them on my nails.
