La Bella Vita Hair Salon, Garden City, Long Island

I went here last spring and in September and loved it!! Unfortunately, things changed this week when I was not happy with the service I got when I had a partial highlight with Joey. I asked for highlight up to the root; from the pictures in the car were taken from today when the service was provided yesterday you can tell that was not achieved. The before is seen in the other photo. I also asked to not get blow dried; I was told they would do just the front pieces. Not only did they blow dry and straighten my hair, but I was charged $60 for the blow dry when I had specifically said no when asked for it. When I went back in to try to explain the situation about bringing the blonde up to my roots, I was told it would be another $200. Super sad about this because I truly did love the rest of

I went to La Bella Vita Hair in Garden City on Tuesday evening. Joey cut and blew out my hair. He told me it would be the best cut ever and truth be told, my hair is shiny, perfectly angled and has held up looking freshly blown out. I will definitely be back to see Joey for my next blow out. He was confident, skilled and precise. Thank you Joey!!

I went here on Sunday and they were all very nice and sweet. Unfortunately when I was getting my eyebrows wax the waxing lady keep going on my skin with a very hot wax and wiping it off with a dry paper towel. I don’t say Anything at the moment because I’m a nervous person and don’t like to speak out but then my face was blistering red when I left and when I got home the feeling of water touching my face burned so bad and now I have burn marks in my face exactly where she put waxed multiple times. I understand they can’t give me a refund because they said I left the store and paid which fine but its because I never realized how red my face was when I left .I’m going to have scars on my face because of this . I have been coming to La Bella Vita for the past five years, and I can honestly say it is one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere. Marina has been my go-to for blowouts, and she is truly amazing. She consistently does a beautiful job - my hair always looks and feels incredible after every visit. What keeps me coming back, besides Marina’s talent, is the warm and professional atmosphere. The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
