Customer Reviews
The tech that did my nails and my sister‘s nails was super nice very professional the person that was very unprofessional and made the whole experience shitty was some lady that was working right there as a cashier. She originally gave a price of $40 and then she switched up when it was time to pay and charge $50 each. All I did was mention that she originally said $40 and switched it up last moment and to honor the price and she gave me attitude and she was talking disrespectful things in my face in front of everyone in her native language over there with her coworkers. I’m never coming back to this location. I highly recommend not to come here. They suck. No wonder they are always empty. Spend your money elsewhere.
I had no problem with the nail artists, the woman at the front desk didn’t honor her price, was completely rude and gave us attitude when we were paying, I highly recommend not to come. They were talking smack at the end in their native language. Very unprofessional and immature, if you’re working in customer services act like the adult you are.
I had no problem with my pedicure but the person who did it wasn’t putting her effort into the work. She was tapping my feet and was staring outside. I felt she was in her world. But my feet do look a lot better. I give 4 stars because she put the lotion only on my feet and not my whole leg.

Unfortunately the staff were incredibly rude because we canceled our pedicure once we started getting our nails done. They asked three times and we said no, it obviously ticked them off because at first the hostess was incredibly nice but once we said no she wouldn't even look at us in the eyes and clearly she wanted us to leave. I ALSO did not want a pedicure because in the past, they did manage to make both of my big toes to bleed which made me hesitate to get another pedicure. But the man who made my nails did them did fantastic! I made sure to tell him that they were beautiful and I hope he does well. His drilling did cut me slightly but I didn't mind, he did them perfectly. Unfortunately I will not be coming back but I do wish all goes well for him.
