L T Nails

I wanted to like this place so bad i just came here Friday and got a color change on my toes. The lady who was doing them made them French tips very chunky and i had to keep telling her how to do them. After awhile i gave up and just settled cause im new to the area. When i spoke up about it hoping id get a new person. But they just told her what i meant and she still didn’t correct it. I paid and now my nails are chipping and paint is coming off on day 5 / 6. Which for gel nails is unrealistic and not normal. I don’t see chipping at any other salon I’ve been too after less than a week. When i called to complain yesterday, the owner spoke to me as if its was my fault because its been almost a week. As i stated gel chipping that early is not normal. I just wanted them to repair the toes but

Been coming here for 13 years. Different owners but my girls are still there and the new owner is sweet. I’ve tried to go to other places but always came back to them. I won’t go anywhere else. Once they kno how you like things, they will stick with it

This place was so unprofessional. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. 15 years of getting my nails done across the country, and in several countries. The woman who owns the place kept barking orders. It took 45 minutes for them to remove the gel off my feet, and an hour and a half for them to remove acrylic from my hands. When I left, I still had acrylic on my hands. The picture speak for themselves. She’s in charge of the full price, $45 and I left with this. Terrible.

I have been a customer here for well over 15 years. I have survived renovations and a pandemic. One thing for sure is the customer service never wavered. Always greeted with a smile and serviced accordingly. My current nail tech Ha is absolutely amazing. She is the 3 tech I have had over the years but I have been with her for some time. Very reliable, creative and professional. I commend the owner Jenny as she greets everyone when they enter. Being able to uphold a great standard and tighten things up during these pandemic times is incredible. The times I have had my pedicure done elsewhere has always lead me down a road of pain. Making a regular appointment for me has been one of many things I do for my physical self care routine. A scheduled appointment is best as most everyone has a go

I love my girl Holly! She do amazing job. Make sure you book with her and also she takes her time. Do not get the older gentleman that sits at the end on the weekend. He do a horrible job with painting nails and filing but here is a few pics of Holly’s work.
