I normally do not write reviews, but after my daughter’s experience, I feel other parents should be aware. My middle school daughter recently had a haircut with Emma. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing both professionally and personally. First, the professionalism was lacking. During the appointment, Emma engaged my daughter in conversations that felt inappropriate for her age and repeatedly pushed her to dye her hair. My daughter already feels insecure about not dyeing her hair like some other girls her age. We have chosen not to bleach her naturally dark hair yet because of the damage it can cause. Lori & staff were so friendly with my Granddaughters for their cuts. Lori took her time and listened to what the girls wanted and nailed it !!! She offered advice on product use and hair care..I was very impressed with this salon and now I know why their Momma & girls come here from Hamburg... Great Job Lori 👏
