L & K Barber Shop

My daughter was a walk in this morning. She has been suffering from alopecia arreata and has lost over 50% of her hair. All the staff at the shop were incredibly kind and compassionate with her hair cut when she asked them to shave the rest of her head. They made it a positive experience and followed up with a hot towel massage and helped her save a lock of hair. Their kindness made a really hard moment a positive one for her. We will definitely use this shop again. Gordie did her haircut and was wonderful. Highly recommend this business.

Great barbershop, walked in before going to hit the slopes and got scheduled for the next day. All I needed was a photo of what I wanted and answer the questions Trish asked on preference. She was very nice and very respectful. Money well spent.

Would give zero starts if I could because I'm beyond frustrated at how blatantly I was just lied too. Went in to get my haircut by Alicia. They said she was no longer there so I asked where she was and explained I've been seeing her for 5 years. The lady got an attitude with me and said I can get my hair cut by her instead but she "Had no clue who I was even talking about" which is a BOLD lie becauss she was in that same chair doing nothing when I got my last haircut by Alicia. I was desperate because of the holidays so I gave her a try and I wish I hadn't. Not only did my haircut get botched beyond repair the "barber" and I used that term loosely got caught in her lies and I found out EXACTLY where my old barber is. Was looking for a place to get my hair cut after going to several of the barber chains in the area and gave this place a shot. The last place I went to guilted me for not knowing what kind of cut to get and for having "hair that was too straight". I never know what type of cut to get but the barber, John, helped me find a good style to go with. John gave me a fantastic hair cut and he was a cool dude to converse with. Will definitely be returning in a few months. Just don't be like me and forget to bring cash to pay, as they are cash and check only!

Our family has been getting our haircuts at “L&K” for over 38 years!! What a great idea for the current owner to keep the name and amazing ambiance in place. After a crazy week I realized that I really needed a haircut! Nowadays making a reservation is the logical step- I was able to get my haircut on SUNDAY morning!!! The lady who cut my hair was absolutely amazing. So friendly and kind. She was a few weeks away from delivering her baby!!!!!! These people deserve 10 stars
