L a Nails

I started not to go here based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and professionally my fingernails were done. The gentleman there did a wonderful job on my ombre nails. No tips were applied because I have very strong and healthy nails. However, one of my natural nails was broken so the guy created the length. I was very very pleased with my nails. But when the lady did my pedicure I was so happy. She really took great care of my feet. I was the last customer and enjoyed my spa treatment. I was shocked that the experience was so wonderful. Now the time came for me to pay. I was charged for a full set even though I did not need nor want fake nails. So that is the reason behind 3 stars instead of 5. However I was sure to leave a generous tip because I was so pleased

If I could do no stars I would. Have been going to B as a great customer like you want when you have a business. Went today for a appointment at 2. She had so many walk ins I was brushed off. Said I didn’t have a appointment. It was made 2 weeks in advanced and it was for my daughters wedding coming up next week. Very very rude, they aren’t very clean. Don’t care about customer just the money they can make. Argue with you like you are nobody! I am a customer that spends way over 150 a visit and to be treated like that.

Been going for the past few years. Just went for eyebrow and chin waxing and the lady used wax in same spot multiple times and then tweezers to the point I was in pain and laughed when I made it known it hurt. Not to mention was rude when I initially went back due to it had been a while since getting my eyebrows done.

Wonderful job on my toes and feet. Very busy at 12:45 but I decided to wait and go back about 3:30 with an appointment. Great service. Thank you Be!

Was a customer here for a long time for my daughter with autism. Until our last visit with Renee she did my daughter's pedicure and dug into her toenails until they bleed. She is usually nice but was very rude this time. My daughter was in pain and was seen at the doctor's office and given antibiotics . Will never come here again.
