Happy Nails

Save your time by not seeking business from these unprofessionals. The photos will speak for themselves. This is the worst manicure that my partner has ever received. Upon arrival, the man sitting at the front took her as a client. We believe him to have been the manager. My partner gave him the benefit of the doubt, regretfully. She had a gel manicure set already which he tried to PAINT OVER. No gel removal, no filing, nothing. Just laziness. Disgusting. My partner communicated to him that this set was for a wedding this weekend. This is unacceptable work under any circumstances, especially for a bridesmaid who is going to be professionally photographed. Nobody should be allowing a client to walk out of their business with this low quality, and I mean hellish low level, work done to them.

I typically do not write bad reviews, but today I didn’t have a choice. I paid $95 for a fill/gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish. This was my first time here (I wanted to try it out since it was closer to my home). The technician I had kept falling asleep while doing my pedicure and nails. I am not sure if I just caught her on a bad day or what but I am very disappointed in the way they look. She kept putting coat after coat of polish on my nails, assuming because she was dozing off and forgetting which ones she already did? But they are so thick and uneven. My toes had the right amount of polish but are still uneven and messy.

This was my second time going here and I have yet to be disappointed. The salon is clean and the staff are exceptional. My first visit was a walk in and there was a minimal wait time. This afternoon I called to set an appointment because I broke a nail and I decided to just get a fill while I was at it. When I arrived, the technician was ready to go right on time. My entire experience at Happy Nails was 5 star experience. 10/10 definitely recommend.

My go-to place for eyebrows waxing, mani and pedi. I can’t stop looking at my nails; by the way, have you seen massage chairs that are super comfy for your pedi? Unusually, but this place has the best massage chairs I’ve seen. Their remotes look like this, and all I need is a glass of margarita and I’ll probably fall asleep.

I highly recommend Happy Nails. The customer service is the best. The kindness care shows in every visit. I waited on the shop to ooen again after the fire . I have no bad experience. They always greet every customer. They are deligent in the work. Try them. You will not be disappointed . Ang Firth
