L a Nails

I’m so very please with LA Nail! I should have came here first before the place I went, I want give names but they did a horrible job!!!!! Put nails on that were to big for my fingernails did color all wrong left very upset came straight to LA Nails to see if they could fix a they did an amazing job! 3 of the staff discussed on how to solve this issue since I just got a new set put on without removing it they took their time in trying to fix someone else’s mistake!!! UNDER TOTALLY NEW MANAGEMENT and it shows!! I left so happy they fixed the issue, couldn’t recommend them enough!! This shall be my go to nail salon from now on. Wonderful customer service! I came right before closing & they still did my pedicure! I thought it would be rushed since they were about to close but she really gave me the best pedicure i ever had!! I almost fell asleep!! I will definitely be back!

Not a good place to take kids. The nail tech yelled at my kid because my child did not understand when the tech told her to wash her hands. Also, my teenager's nails were cut so short that they were bleeding.

People were nice but it wasn't very clean. Their waiting chairs could use replaced, floor was dirty and it just had an overall vibe that it needed a deep clean.

Got my nails done here and my hands are TORE UP!!! One of my nails are bleeding, four of my nails were very badly injured from how rough she filed my nails that my fingers are RAW!!!!!!! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if I got an infection from the dirty nail files she was using to rip my skin open. (I could see polish and other dust on the file that clearly didn’t come from my nails) The acrylic is uneven and bumpy and the skin around my nail has never looked worse from her tools burning and tearing my skin… I would never suggest going here to anyone! Please be careful bringing young kids in this place especially with how rough the lady was on my nails.
