L A Nails

Went here the other day to get a eyebrow service. Decided to also get a simple no gel no color manicure. I was told $12 for the eyebrows then $14 if I use my card. (Fees) Then I was told $30 for the manicure. So my card gets processed for $44. I get it they are pushing the merchant fees into the customer but it’s per transaction not per service. Always get a receipt that has a breakdown of your items purchased or your service, I had to go to work and didn’t have time to discuss it.

1st time and LAST TIME coming here. I was very specific about wanting my toes to be square shaped the picture speak for everything else. $60… I would’ve done better myself. this is what I got.

So I just got off the airplane because I’m flying international and my toe nails are peeling! I just got these done less than 24 hours ago and it’s peeling!! Please don’t waste your money and or time going here. They have the worse customer service and quality. I asked for everything done and the lady was half doing her job. I told her to stop being aggressive and repeatedly had to tell her to stop trying to add things that I didn’t request. All in all, I will be returning to get a partial refund or they will be redoing my set. Now I’m out of the county with my fee looking, A MESS😡

I recently visited this nail salon and while the customer service was decent, I encountered some issues with their nail colors. Be mindful of deceptive brands and the availability of nail colors. They switch nail colors and labels, and if you notice peeling stickers around the rim, don’t trust that it’s the correct color inside the bottle. This happened to me twice with my signature Ferrari Red. The bottle said Ferrari Red, but it was a different shade, and they argued about it, even though they admitted it didn’t match their selection palette or the color on my nails. Stay vigilant! My toes look more orange than red
