Ive been going to Kustom Kuts for the last past 8years my son's hair cut is always on point, the atmosphere is family oriented and they also take appointments, whether its Jermaine, Brad or Warren you'll receive a great hair cut and great customer service

I called to make an appointment, and some guy answered, and he said hello and I responded “I would like to schedule an appointment for a Haircut please” his response was absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. He said “Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” and hung up on my face. I tried calling back and they did not answer would definitely not recommend if I’m gonna get that type of response. They already deleted my first review about this now I’m posting it again.

Could be a little more professional. Ask for pictures of new customers past haircuts if you don't know how to cut their hair. State price of haircuts after you asked how do they want their haircut. More professionalism.
