I’ve been receiving massage therapy services for pain intervention for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier that the VA referred me to Body Maintenance Massage Therapy. The service here is always excellent — professional, personable, and genuinely caring. I trust my massage therapist just as I do any other member of my healthcare team at the VA Medical Center. Her expertise, attention to detail, and compassion make a real difference in my pain management and overall well-being. Tamika and her receptionist were so kind and welcoming for my first time there. I throughly enjoyed my massage, Tamika is amazing. I don’t think I have ever felt this relaxed before. I will definitely book again.

Tamika provided a wonderful experience. I had a half body (60 min) massage one afternoon in the middle of the work week. From the peaceful setting of her workspace to the skill she exhibited in the massage room, I left feeling I was on a most relaxing vacation (actually 5 minutes from my home) and fully at peace with everything around me.
