Visiting Krystalline Flow Wellness is always a delightful experience as it leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Chrizza’s space is comfortable and inviting which makes for a truly soothing time. It is also very easy to book, making it hassle-free to be able to make time for self-care. I usually book the 90-minute massage sessions, and I always drift off to a peaceful nap. The only thing is that the time seems to pass so quickly because it’s that relaxing! Chrizza’s skills as a massage therapist is remarkable. She consistently hones in on specific areas of my body that I would like focus on and she provides a tailored and therapeutic experience. I was passing through Mount Kisco on my road trip and luckily could line up a session with Chrizza. Her gift as a body worker and healer is palpable! I felt held, supported, and nurtured and nourished... much needed on my long journey cross country. Chrizza also brought great modalities to help support some long-term injuries I had in my feet and joints that I'd never experienced before, and even a few days after our session I could feel the unwinding continue to happen. Chrizza worked with me via a 90min breathwork session, and it was very interesting and helpful. In the session I experienced three past life dynamics- one of which I was familiar with, the other two were new to me...and as we worked through breath and emotion, I arrived at a very ancient lifetime, and the dynamics that arose had a very palpable effect on my body. I'm so grateful I was referred to Chrizza by a good friend who is also in the massage/bodywork field.
