I feel like I made the right choice when I contacted Sarah Mace to get help for my back, neck and other stiffness issues. She has gotten me moving again and under her safe and compassionate guidance we are progressing nicely towards regaining the flexibility I once had. I especially appreciate how skillfully she uses her experience to know when and where to push without causing problems. The combination of Pilates stretching, movement and massage has been extremely helpful with my work and stress related pain. I would highly recommend Sarah for help with any type of pain or movement related ailments.

I have been working with Sarah Mace for 15 years and she is terrific. We do Pilates most times, but add in Gyrotonics to really stretch and open up the hips. Sarah is also an excellent massage therapist- think treats for the body! She is very professional and knowledgable and can tell what your body needs at each session. Sarah really works with you and helps you to achieve your goals, whether you are looking to increase your strength and muscle tone or recuperate from an injury. I can't live without my weekly session with Sarah! I am very active and doing Pilates with Sarah keeps me fit and happy.

Sarah is great, since working with her my injuries have improved significantly. The combination of Pilates, stretching and massage allows all areas around my injuries to be strengthened allowing me to heal faster. Highly recommend!

I have numerous chronic conditions,including spinal issues, that result in almost constant head -to-toe pain. Through massage Sarah is able to greatly alleviate the pain and with a combination of movement and Pilates is helping me with preventative techniques to reduce the incidence of pain.
