I’ve been getting my nails done by Zoe over a year now, and honestly, she’s one of the best nail techs in the DMV to me. She truly takes her time and puts so much care into every set. Zoe always makes sure the design, colors, and overall quality are perfect—she’ll try different colors and designs, ask for my feedback, and redo anything until it’s exactly what I want. My nails last incredibly long, sometimes one to two months, without lifting or breaking. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about nails, Zoe is the one. Highly recommend her 💖

I am beyond frustrated with the service and management at this salon. Two weeks ago I got a full Gel-X set. Within just two days my nails started breaking. Over the following two weeks I had to return five times for repairs as multiple nails continued to snap off. This morning while I was simply washing my hands yet another nail fell off. I went back today to have the old set removed and a new one applied. Even though I had already paid for a failing set, I was charged again for a fresh set with beauty material. I showed the technician photos of the exact shape and design I wanted, but he completely ignored my requests and did whatever he wanted. Been searching high and low for a place with skilled nail techs and reasonable prices and I think I found it! Kim did an incredible job with this Christmas-inspired french set and paid super close attention to detail. She was also very responsive to my requests for little changes (ex - slightly thicker tips) throughout the process. All of the staff are very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and Kim for more detailed designs and nail sets!

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to get your nails done!! After a thorough research online to find a nail salon, i decided to go with krystal nail before heading to hawaii for my best friends wedding. Kim was my tech and she absolutely nailed it - showed her the design inspo i wanted and somehow gave me exactly what i needed and more. Kim thank you so much!! The staff here is so welcoming too - treated me like a family member from the second i walked through the door. I will be coming back in the future!! Also they do give complimentary drinks!
