I went to get my nails done today for my birthday! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I had such a lovely experience! I wanted chrome nails and they came out BEAUTIFULLY!! I highly recommend and am happy I found my nail place in Portland 🥰

My friend and I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The place was clean, relaxing, and well-organized. They paid great attention to detail, and our nails turned out beautiful. We truly enjoyed our time there and left feeling relaxed and happy. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place

I went here for the first time today, but live in the neighborhood. The staff were super welcoming and friendly, I loved my experience. I don't know much about nails, as i have barely gotten mine done before, but I am in absolute love with the finished product. I WILL be back!

Been going here for a while. Always friendly. Beautiful work. Had a "nail emergency" and Jolie came in after she had already gone home for the day. And then she refused payment. That's customer service! Without hesitation I recommend them to my friends & coworkers.

This is my second time coming to Krystal nails and they are awesome. Jolie has been the one doing my nails. She is amazing. Always asks if they look good and if I want anything fixed. The place is very clean and they are always sanitizing all areas. This will now be my go to place. Their prices are very reasonable.
