Krupp Center

I would not recommend this practice, especially if Dr. Krupp is still practicing. This was a couple years ago but it bears noting nonetheless. Starting out with the positive: The office staff were polite and friendly, the process for a CBCT scan was easy and the images were very informative. The office itself is clean and easy to find, but please keep in mind that this is an oral surgery office, so wait times may vary from your actual appointment time. Sherry, Dr. Krupp's assistant, was patient and kind and answered all of my questions, even if she didn't fully seem to recognize severe anxiety as a problem that some adults experience when at the dentist. I had a consultation today and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! Most people get discourage when they have to have some type of dental procedure done, but walking into The Krupp Center, I’d gladly have the procedure done. The staff (Stephanie….I think was her name) greeted me as soon as I walked in, to Diana, who was just SO pleasant to deal with. She was thorough and made sure I understood everything being explained. And Dr. Krupp……was amazing. Left all the decision making up to me and didn’t make me feel forced to make a decision as to what I should do versus what I need to do. Making an appointment was totally easy and accommodating. I would gladly recommend The Krupp Center 🩷

I have waited two years to write this review to allow time for healing. I was referred to Dr. Krupp for extraction of all four wisdom teeth. I was initially brought in for a consult but was told they could do the procedure the same day. Looking back it felt like a pressured sales environment but that besides the point. At no point was I told my teeth would present any form of difficulty impacting the procedure. For two years I have been numb from my left lip to chin with painful stimuli and tingling being the only sensation I can register after a nerve was damaged during my procedure. The first thing I was told when I attended a follow up appointment for this issue was "Well it was on the consent sheet you signed" which felt incredibly dismissive and self preserving. My son had his 4 impacted wisdom teeth out this past week, and Dr. Krupp and his staff were wonderful. I filled out the on-line patient information, and when we went for the consult, the front office told me exactly what we would owe the day of the procedure. They reminded me again when calling to confirm the appointment 2 months later, so there were no surprises the day of the procedure. My son is doing very well. Dr. Krupp extracted my older son's wisdom teeth 4 years ago, and also performed major dental surgery on my mom. Dr. Krupp and his staff did not seem rude, just very professional and no-nonsense.

Horrible experience with this doctor, extremely painful experience and absolutely atrocious bed side manners literally go anywhere else for any type of procedure PLEASE The nurses were all so incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful, I would give them 5 stars across the board. However if I could choose 0 stars for dr Krupp | would. I was so extremely clear that I had horrible anxiety and needed him to be slow and gentle with the shots before my wisdom teeth removal. I said this to nurse and him, and right before he did the shot the nurse reminded him one more time. He then proceeded to SHOVE a block in my mouth, with no warning, he didn't tell me what he was putting in my mouth or ask me to open to my mouth he just shoved it in there and grabbed the shot.
