I’ve been seeing Kristal for regular haircuts for almost two years. She carefully listens to what you want in a haircut and is a genuinely kind and positive person providing a fun and enjoyable experience. Her new studio space in downtown west bend is super cool too!

Kristal is amazing! She has such a great personality, she will definitely make you feel comfortable while getting your hair done. She gave me some highlights to brighten my hair up for the change of seasons. She picked out the perfect tone for my complection I didn't even show her any inspiration photos. I totally trust her with mine or anyone else's hair.

I went in to Kristal with a basic idea of what style I wanted, but was a little reluctant due to having very fine hair. She pulled it off and was able to help me with a totally different kind of product than I’m used to using. Im super happy with the results!!
