My first time coming to Jackie and I must say it was such a pleasant experience. I came in with an orange looking blonde with hopes of a color correction and she went above and beyond my expectations. The extensions feel great as if it’s my natural hair. She takes her time and listens to your concerns and the look you are trying g to achieve. I am so happy I came to her as I know I’m in great hands.

I have seenn sooo many negative reviews when in fact they do not represent Jackies salon, att alllll. I have beeen coming to jackie for yeaarsss and even when i cheat on her and get my hair super damaged, she always always fixes me up again. I have recently started getting extensions with her and honestly….. 100% satisfied. The last picture is who i went ti originally, and the first pic is how jackie fixed me up!!! 😍😍😍😍

Never again. First the owner was late to my appointment. Then, she turned my virgin hair ORANGE even after I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted (which was the complete opposite). Not only that but while I was there she recommended getting my nails done there too. So, I asked for a white gel. manicure. There was nail polish all over my hands, paint missing on some parts of the nail too. THEN after I mentioned to the owner the hair was not how I wanted she began saying she knew "my type of customer" She was extremely unprofessional and called me various discourteous names. She also charged me 300 dollars for a job that wasn't even completed. I walked out with wet hair and a plastic shower cap on and after my hair was so dried out . Overall, worst salon I've been to.
