If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I came in for a simple touch-up and lightening of my black-and-blonde style, and Patrica still managed to ruin it. She got my skin with bleach which caused irritation and completely erased the blonde I asked to keep. My hair is falling out as a result.I even went back twice for them to fix their own mess, and they still refused to do anything. Thank god the least they could do was refund me my money so I guess maybe the one star goes for that! This place is unbelievable.

I booked Kreations for my wedding day and it was a great experience. At my trial, my hair was not what I was expecting it to be, but Jen quickly offered me another trial and perfected the curls exactly how I wanted them. On the day of the wedding, my hair came out amazing and the curls stayed in all day, even with all of my dancing. The make up was great as well. I broke out in a big rash all over my neck the day of my wedding, but the make up artist was able to quickly cover it up and you would never be able to tell. I had 11 bridesmaids and my mom who also got hair done and all of the stylists made sure everyone looked beautiful. The morning couldn’t have went more smoothly. I highly recommend you book this studio for bride/bridesmaid hair/makeup.

Book your wedding here. Jen is absolutely wonderful. The pricing was incredibly reasonable. Jen knows how to deal with brides and gave me several useful tips for my wedding day. The hotel I booked told me I had early check in and then on my wedding day, told me I couldn't check in to get ready for my wedding. Jen accommodated me and my wedding party and allowed us all to get ready since the hotel in cranberry would not accommodate a bride. Thanks to Jen and staff, they made my wedding stress free.
