Kream the Salon

This place was very welcoming. I've been natural for a while and decided I would go into my next trip around the sun differently. My MIL referred me to this place. I made my next appointment before I left. Staff was so sweet. The type of atmosphere you can bring your children and your grandma. Very classy, and they attended to me very well. Offered bottle water coffee, let me use their charger. All a good experience.

Friendly staff, Clean & beautiful establishment, Good work (hair styles). But Customer Service - Disappointing. Mother raved about this salon and the owner so I gave it a try. I thought I had finally found a new hair stylist or so I thought. I've had two appointments and I was satisfied with my results but I haven't had any luck with booking regular appointments. I called and text the stylist. No response. I sent another text reminding her and wishing and praying that all was well with her because I had yet to hear back. Again. No reply. I waited patiently (a month) giving her the benefit but still nothing. Tried one last time and I didn't want to stalk or harass but I was trying to become a regular client. She finally responded and said that she would get me in. Sadly. She never called ba

Kream the Salon provides the best service with a staff that is both knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is very upscale and the COVID19 procedures are followed within the CDC guidelines at all times. I love my hair and I receive compliments following my appointments. I also exercise regularly and my hair continues to be very healthy. The staff operates like a family, and that same warmth is extended to their clients. Getting my hair styled is not a chore, but an experience every time!

Beautiful place with ample amount of room. Unfortunately, my trim was a full blown cut and my hair has heat damage. It's so bad after just a week, that my hair is coming out in globs and I'm crying my eyes out. Read that another customer had the same concern as well. They seem nice but I will not return here again. You ruined my hair of being natural and all of my length that took 15 years.

My experience at the salon is okay. they would have received five stars from me but I was charged $77 for a ponytail that's basic looking . Self done myself. I thought the up skill of the ponytail would have been little bit better vs. What I got.but overall they did my daughter's hair by another stylist which did a wonderful wonderful wonderful job and I will be back but seeing that I paid $77 for my jacked up here style I can't come back the lady who did my mother's hair was the same one who did my daughter and she did a magnificent job and I really appreciate her and her patients the salon owner was very nice but again because I paid $77 for my hairstyle it was mediocre but it was not worth $77 I won't be back.
