Karen is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have extremely thin hair and not much of it. She understands how to make it look fuller and thicker. She really listens when you talk and she asks all the right questions to better understand how to deal with your hair. Also, you never have to wait and this is unheard of at hair salons, but she values your time and is on time EVERY TIME!! I drive quite a ways to see her because there is literally NO ONE BETTER!!

I have been going to this hair salon for many years but this past time that I have went I was very disappointed. The money I spent on my hair cut went up and wasn’t told until I had to pay,which should have been told way in advance. I was not pleased with the way they had handled the situation. I will be taking my business somewhere. Not worth the money.
