I have been coming to Kosa since 2012 and have seen it evolve over the years. The new ownership has taken an already strong business and elevated it in a meaningful way. The space looks fantastic. It is brighter, refreshed, with new mirrors and chairs, and it feels intentional and professional from the moment you walk in. Every detail reflects pride in the business. What has always stood out, and continues to stand out, is the quality of the haircut. The attention to detail is exceptional. There is real craftsmanship here. It is not rushed, not transactional. I always have a fantastic experience at Kosa. The haircut is the best I’ve had — the staff really take their time to get it right. The recent renovation looks amazing too; the space feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and style.

Natalie gave me an amazing haircut also, we had a great conversation very nice stylist. The hot towel and shampoo condition also hit the spot amazingly. really enjoyed that the stylus listened to what I said, and what I wanted during the cut, which I was really happy about . highly recommend this place best place in the area.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible attitude. Horrible hair stylists. Do not go here they WILL mess your hair all the way up. 35$ for a shape up? Nah. 45$ for a cut that includes a wash? Nah. Not worth it anyway shape or form.

stopped going once Natalie was suddenly not here. Went once after and saw Jess, she was good too but now it looks like she’s also no longer there. I found a new place. Not sure what’s going on here.
