Ruby is wonderful! She provides a great service every time. My daughter gets a silk press usually and her hair comes out perfectly straight and healthy. & she provides my daughter with great hair care advice.

Ruby is by far the most talented hairstylist I have encountered since being here in Grand Rapids! I took my daughter for back to school hairstyling and not only did she listen attentively to our concerns for certain allergies, used premium products to accommodate, she also gave me really good tips for maintaining her hair style as well!! On top of all of this, she was extremely respectful of our time and start to finish the entire treatment- on just above waist-length natural hair less than two hours! Ruby is extremely talented and we cannot wait for our follow up appointments for myself my other daughter and this one!!

This was my first time ever going to Konfident Kay and let me tell you that I am very satisfied on how my daughter silk press came out. I been coming to Konfident Kay for the last 5-6 month. Rudy works with my work schedule and offers early appointments. She doesn’t braid too tight like my last braider. I also let her freestyle my braid an and haven’t missed yet. I enjoy my experience in a clean and relaxing shop! Also, my very first appointment was last minute and I was able to get in and look good for an out of town trip. Thanks Ruby!
