I repeatedly have the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCES HERE. I always book Tesla Theraphi and Bemer and sometimes sauna. I get alot of time here to reflect and rejuvenate. Staff is friendly and the space is absolutely stunning. Would def come over and over again.

It’s one of my new favorite places to hang out. Atmosphere: so clean, cozy, natural, vibrant. It’s not crowded and I hope it never becomes crowded. There’s a cafe, a cosmetics store and lots of seating. Food: everything is plant based. Try the chocolate milk, it’s so good. Sweetened with dates and raw cacao. We ordered the kale wrap and raw bibimbap/sushi. Very fresh. I love when I eat my vegan things that you can taste the quality of the plants. Service: they even have dog treats. Everyone is kind and patient. Even the patrons are super lovely. I think it’s the vibe because the moment you enter you’re surrounded by wood, plants, natural remedies and lots of sunlight. Clean and well-designed little spa with several individual infrared sauna rooms; shower and Normantec compression chairs downstairs and a retail store upstairs. Infrared sauna was really nice!

Great place to get your legs compressed after a race. They offer 30 minute sessions with normatec recovery boots. Very relaxing environment as well.
