Koi Nails

Came here while my friend was getting his haircut. Nails out turned horrible. Crooked, bumpy, and not even the same lengths! My best friends pinky nail is literally a zig zag. Everyone save your time and, PLEASE God, go. somewhere. else. My nails are throbbing they hurt so bad. She got nail polish on my hand and picked it off my skin until it was like neon red. 0/5 NEVER AGAIN.

Went there today for the first time and got my nails done. I got a manicure and my nails painted with gel. Lan did an amazing job. I will definitely be back.

Went here on a whim and I’m glad I did, the tech listened to my concerns (if there was a flaw in a nail) and I left with nails I loved. I’ll be coming back. My only suggestion is for a better greeting at the door. Myself and several other patrons weren’t really greeted properly which set a weird tone for my first impression of this establishment but I ended up loving my experience here.

I went to this salon previously. They were very friendly and understanding of what I wanted or tried to understand what it was I wanted. This last visit was good also; however, the GEL color they have may be bad or expired or whatever you want to call it. I only had my nails done for about 3 days and this chip happens. 2 other nails chipped the day prior and they fixed the problem. So, I appreciate that. The 3 stars isn't for their service but more for their quality of materials. When I was in the salon getting a mani & pedi, another customer was telling them about how her nail broke. Not just chipped, broke into the skin. Her friend also got her nails done at the same salon & her nails croke also. These were their real nails, not acrylic. They where RUDE and the girl seemed crabby with me and I didn't get what I asked for I want A FULL refund I got there yesterday at 4 when I wanted to come at 4:30 and then she said u can come in at 3:00 and I said no 4:00 and then she said 3:30 and no and then she said can we do 4 and I was whatever sure. And I was very excited because I picked a very cute design but my nails came out uneven, crooked, and I had nail polish on my hands I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK I called two other salons and they where so much nicer then these people. My nails look better because I cleaned them up.
