First off, wow. If I could give Rita 10 stars I would. This has been the best massage I’ve ever received. Rita does an excellent job at relieving tight areas while also providing relaxation. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep at one point I was so relaxed. Never thought I would get that from a deep tissue massage. Her suite is super adorable and clean, and it just adds to the overall aura of relaxation and serenity. Plus, aromatherapy during your massage is free! Many places are an up charge. Her suite was a little tough to find as it is in the back door of the building with no signs. Once you walk in door three, it directs you where to go. Rita was super personable and professional, and her talent speaks for itself. Highly, highly recommend MBody. I’ll be back for sure.

Rita is PHENOMENAL!!! I suffer chronic pain from injuries obtained during my time in the military, and Rita is by far THE BEST deep massage therapist I've ever had the fortune to receive care from. Her space is clean and inviting with a tranquil atmosphere, and you can feel Rita's passion for her work through each of her movements. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I had my second massage with Rita today, which says a lot because I rarely find a massage therapist worth returning to. Rita is strong and precise, she listens to your areas of concern and gives just the right amount of special attention to those areas while still making the overall massage through and relaxing. The space is clean and calming. I’m happy to have found a local massage therapist I can trust.

As a bodywork professional myself, I have become very picky with the work I receive. Rita is a great therapist that delivered a fantastic session. The environment itself is very inviting and relaxing, on top of the deep tissue session exceeding my expectations. I promptly set up my next session on the way out the door. She was very thorough, focusing on the areas I had requested extra work on. You won’t find yourself on the table with a therapist saying they do deep tissue and wincing your way through uncontrolled elbows bouncing off your ribs and spine. She had great controlled pressure that was sustained through the whole session, slowing the speed of her passes as she increased pressure to allow the tissues to accept the work. If there were ten stars I’d give them to Rita!! She is the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever gone to! I see her for true therapeutic massages to help manage arthritis pain & overall health. It’s almost like she’s magical the way she finds & smooths out all the places that hurt. She is a friendly & lovely person too!!! Always smiling & happy to see me.
