Kohl's

I never thought I’d be writing a review for Kohl’s, but I had a pretty disappointing experience here recently. I have to agree with other reviewers regarding one female employee, it was uncomfortable to witness her treating customers differently based on race. Additionally, the Sephora at this location is consistently a bit of a struggle service-wise, which doesn't help the overall experience. I generally like Kohl’s and it's a convenient location, so I really hope management can work on the store culture and improve.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Kohl’s located at 1293 E Higgins Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60173. Jessica was extremely kind, quick, and very pleasant to interact with. She made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Jessica, for your wonderful service!

Its new outside looks amazing inside too just not as much variety, not as big as the other ones and less selection of purses, had to go a different kohls for more purse selections other thn that store is new clean and staff is very helpful

This kohls took over the former Artvan furniture store. I was surprised that there were hardly any sales. Markdown were limited at best.

Always decent deals and easy parking. The Sephora inside is convenient, though I’ve had less-than-great experiences with employees there. Bonus! They take Amazon returns, which makes errand days so much easier. Super practical stop if you’re in the area.
