Carmen in Amazon was nice but Rachel at the register can use some customer service training. Sephora items I was shopping for online said it was in stock, but the Sephora worker said that they did not have the items. very confusing 🫤

I was shocked to learn that corporate decided to merge checkout, returns, and pickup into a single line. It’s a terrible user experience. Who thought it was a good idea to spend money restructuring the store only to make the experience worse? If the goal is simply to operate with fewer employees, then just pay staff a livable wage so you’re not constantly dealing with worker shortages.

Finally got enough checkers at the to checkout ... To help the lines move faster . Good sales too and very friendly I like that

I order online to pick up and not wait.. they aren't giving spot numbers to pick up apparently and have to wait in a long line. Do better kohls

Ricardo manager is very great customer service over other areas. Heard our concerns and helped us solve our situations. Need more managers like him.
