Kohl's

I wanted to buy a perfume for my wife. So obviously I was in the fragrance department at Kohl's. They were about 7 or 8 saleswomen their. Not even one of them approach me to see if I need it help. I was ready to buy a $130.00 perfume. I think sense I was a man, they didn't think I was going to buy something. Little do they know, I credit cards from almost all department stores in El Paso, Texas. Yes, I never received customer service from these women. So I went straight to Dillard's Department Store at the Mall, and they were very helpful and gave me excellent customer service. I spent $350.00 for my wife's perfumes. We went in for an Amazon gift return and we can't say how much we appreciate the young lady's help in trying to get it done. She did all she could to get the packages returned but there was an Amazon problem she couldn't fix. Thank you so much, 01/29/26 6:20pm, sorry I didn't get your name.

I’ve been going to kohl’s for many years now and I feel like the store has been getting messier as the years go by. The messy store is attributed to the holidays so I understand to an extent why it is so messy. Although the prices have still not changed. I firmly believe all the clothing and items are extremely overpriced for the quality you are getting, and a majority of the stuff stocked in the stores you can find at Target or even Ross. The store does have lots of coupons which keeps people coming back but I don’t know how useful the coupon is when everything in the store is overpriced

9 am Tuesday morning right at opening and this is what the store looks like. I left without shopping because you can’t find anything in the mess 🙁

A one stop store to shop for clothes for the whole family and then some. On all our shopping trips Kohl’s is a must stop every time. They usually have good deals on almost all clothes. The store always feels clean and well organized and well stocked. If you follow their ads you can usually get pretty good additional deals.
