With today's ability to easily shop online, it was nice to have a positive in-store experience. Product was readily available, clean well stocked store. Our Carmel Kohls is in a convenient location. The shopping experience was quick and easy aided by Randi, my friendly and efficient cashier. Thank you!

Really rude Amazon return associates in the back. The lady in front of me had the wrong code pulled up and the return associate was cutting her off, telling her it was the wrong code, and walking away from her instead of helping her. I just so happened to accidentally have the wrong location on one of my codes and she was also rude to me and walked away when she noticed it. Not a great way to treat customers and really rude, disrespectful customer service.

I found some affordable shoes for my 4yo, who is now in a size 12! He saw Minecraft shoes and got so excited! News to me as he doesn't even play Minecraft. Also, found some LCD screen tablets on clearance.

I went to return an Amazon item at this Kohl’s and had a very disappointing experience. The associate, Linatte, was extremely unprofessional. While I was trying to explain my situation, she repeatedly cut me off and even walked away while I was still speaking. She showed absolutely no courtesy or professionalism. She also told me—quite rudely—that even though I selected Kohl’s as my return option, Amazon supposedly “randomly” assigned my return location. The way she handled the situation was unacceptable and made the whole process unnecessarily frustrating. Because of this experience, I would never choose this Kohl’s again for returns or shopping. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has gone through this but never spoke up. If you need to return Amazon items, I strongly recommend choo
