They take the time to understand where you are holding tension and work through it thoughtfully and effectively. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service you receive, and the entire experience feels professional and welcoming. The Knot Detective Is a great place to get a massage. I can personally recommend Katie, Emily, Barbara and Alex. All of these practitioners give excellent massages. I have heard good things about many of the other therapists as well. The massage rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff members at the Knot Detective are kind and courteous. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, healing massage and you can easily book online.

I see they already have 5 stars but I figured another one couldn’t hurt. Best massage place in town. Maybe best in the world. Amazing people, reasonable prices, and incredible intuitive massages that are not your typical fluff spa treatment. I’ve been going for years and they’ve helped me through some tweaks and injuries. They have a super chill yoga and massage that’s worth checking out too.

Ask for Alex! This was amazing - my body was super locked up and Vanessa told me to see Alex and boy was she right! Alex was able to not only work on my locked up back but help me understand my hips were curling inward and it was effecting how I walked and moved! After an hour session it made me want to move to Austin just to be close to this amazing center of healing and education. I highly recommend coming here if your body isn’t doing what it should - they are here to help you be you again! Just wow.

Weekly massages really help me manage my chronically tense neck & shoulders, so I have seen hundreds of massage therapists over the years and across the country. Katie is a healer truly in a class of her own. She has an innate understanding of the human body and will educate you on any ways you may be holding yourself that create pain patterns. Trust me - allow her to do her own thing instead of pinpointing where to go. She found issues far from my neck that were impacting my entire posture and neck, which are thankfully much better in her capable hands. Her entire staff is top tier and I also find extreme value in the service offered for the price.
