Knot Another Hour

My neck has been hurting for DAYS, I was almost ready to go to the er overnight but booked a massage for this morning instead. He fixed my neck up and released so much stiffness from my entire body. I felt like he genuinely cared to ease my pain, not watching the clock. It was the most thorough massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! I took a 5 hour nap afterwards and I feel like a brand new person!

Randell did such an amazing job! He combined a relaxing massage with acupressure and stretching, it was way different than any massage I’ve ever experienced. It truly felt like a healing experience for my body, I work a desk job and needed this so much! I’ve already called all my friends to tell them about him. Haven't had a massage since my last one moved, so a couple years and was looking for someone more local. I heard Moore Rd. Medi-Spa had gotten massage therapists and met Randell at their open house. He's got tons of knowledge (and certifications). I was losing mobility due to various injuries and issues in my back and various joints and Randell worked with them all!!! I normally do deep tissue for 1 1/2 hours because the issues take a minute AND I got a Himalayan salt scrub as part of a special and that was Very nice. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Randell. Now to restart my yoga and weightlifting. :)

After working nearly 50 consecutive 13hr days, I was far overdue for some relaxation and to have all the stress worked out of my tired, overworked muscles.
