Knightdale Day Spa Nails

Really nice place. I came to get my girls and myself mani and pedi. The customer service was top tier.

Honestly I can say that my experience wasn’t bad. I see the other reviews and I believe in reviews but I’ve been twice now and it’s been good so far. Not sure if it’s because I’ve had the same nail tech each time but I can’t really complain. Mike was his name he was very nice and he respected the fact that I wanted to be quiet and just relax. After going to one other nail salon in Knightdale that totally messed up my nails I decided to give Embassy a try. Also They were very busy which I took as a positive sign I would come back .

Do not go to Day Spa Nails to get your nails polished!! If you do clarify if the person can paint nails. I came to Day Spa Nails yesterday for only a gel nail polish change on my hands and feet. The technician was terrible! She used a cuticle cutter to cut too deep on my left big toe and now it's sore and had some blood. The polish is uneven, painted on my skin like a child did it. I had to coach her through painting my nails and she filed the sides down way too much where I wouldn't let her continue. I would have gotten someone else to fix it yesterday but I was already in there for 1 1/2 hours and couldnt stay any longer. Initially I wasn't even going to call back and just take the loss but I decided to call today to see if someone else can correct the polish. I did ask for a manager

I have been getting pedicures for 30 years. Today, was by far, the worst experience I have ever had. Now, I am not one to only post when I have negative experiences. I work in the customer service industry, so I am extremely familiar with what excellent customer service is. I took one of my best friends there today for pedicures. I selected Lavender pedicures for both of us. The gentleman and woman that did our pedicures were very good. I was very happy when I was done. The problem exists when I went to pay. I was treating my friend. The bill was so high that I asked for a breakdown. When they said my friend’s pedicure was $91.00, I kept saying no that must be my portion. The woman repeatedly said no the $91.00 was for my friend. I said there is no way her pedicure was $91.00. The woman th

never again . i went there & they were ALL so rude. my nails are a mess . my moms nail is lumpy but our toes look good. the old lady i had was rude & made ME GET UP OUF OF MY CHAIR to get the powder that i said i wanted .. she literally said “well you can go get it yourself”. i took my tip away from her. the lady “jennie” that my mom had, kept snatching her hand. i asked for a SIMPLE OMBRÉ .. & it’s not even done correctly . she didn’t even want to swatch the colors of the powder like i asked because sometimes powder looks different when it’s dipped. i am so upset & i’m letting everyone know now, THAT PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY U PAY.
