Kneading Relief Massage Therapy

The massage was AMAZING. I had been super sore in my upper body. When I first came in, Kate explained the process of recovery. How I will need to actively tell the muscles to relax, as she works on my body. As she was doing deep tissue and cupping on my body, I was also working on sending signals to the body to relax. I could really feel the tension get released and let go. Like months of tension built up from working out and cycling barbells.. Wow it was crazy good. I left feeling so relaxed. So loose. I had an amazing rest of the day. I felt so centered, in control. Even my mom noticed a difference in my demeanor. What I realized is that kate made me in charge of the recovery process. I was able to feel in control of the messages I send to my body, and it made me feel really empowere

Kate has great energy. The space is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. She listens and cares. She knows how to apply light or deeper pressure. She is present and insightful. I felt great after my massage, highly recommend!
