I used to shop here frequently, but the way I’ve been treated has made me not want to return. Every time I walk in, employees follow me around and stare at me in every aisle, which feels intimidating and uncomfortable. The worst experience happened at checkout. While I was paying, the cashier was whispering with another employee, and I was then asked to show both of my hands while holding my keys, implying that I was stealing. The interaction felt abusive, humiliating, and completely uncalled for. Being treated with constant suspicion and disrespect—especially as a regular customer—is honestly upsetting. I wanted to love this place, but the environment feels hostile rather than welcoming.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this store. The sales associate was extremely rude and disrespectful toward us. They made inappropriate comments about our hijab and religion , which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they even accused us of stealing without any reason or evidence. No customer should ever be treated this way. This type of behavior is unprofessional, discriminatory, and absolutely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses this issue so no one else has to experience such disrespect in the future.

They had indi remy hair 75% off..I thought wow I can't go wrong with this hair. After one wash it literally turned to straw..an very stiff. It looked like bushy synthetic hair. Im not sure if they replaced the real hair with fake or something..never will I buy hair from them.

Today I walked in for travel sized mousse. It is right at the front of the store. I grabbed it and went straight to the register. I noticed an Asian man, who I assume is the manager on his phone on the other side of the register. I looked at him because I thought he might cash me out since the other cashier was already busy. He did not, so I wait. I pay and walk out. I get in my car to see him in the parking lot. I wait a minute and then he walks toward a car and it looked like he got in. So I reverse and leave but I look in my rear view mirror and he’s looking in my direction. I can’t say for certain he took a photo of my car but it was all extremely weird and unsafe. Having read the other reviews, I see this store has a big racial profiling issue. I won’t be returning.

Over priced and crappy customer service. If you can get your products elsewhere definitely do so. I believe they only get business out of convenience. I’ve witnessed some disgusting treatment of their customers, including an elderly woman. If I could I’d give 0 stars
