Kiran's Eyebrow Threading

Horrible customer service! I previously been here and they told me that they accept walk-ins.. so I paid for a Lyft because I don’t have a vehicle and got dropped off with my son, diaper bag, and car seat, he instantly rejected me at the door as other people were coming in and refused to service me. I felt personally offended especially being the only BLACK female in that establishment, I literally pleaded because I have no means of transportation and depend off Lyfts, he had no regard for me and my 2yr old! Horrrible customer service and will never come back!

Their attitude lately has been completely unacceptable. I texted to let them know I was struggling to find parking and would be late, got no response, and then two minutes later my appointment was canceled. He did not make a single effort to be considerate. There was no suggestion to add me to the waitlist and no attempt to work with me at all. People were still circling the area looking for parking as I was walking back, and I had to actively hold myself back from snapping because of how disrespectful and unnecessary the situation was

Great service every time! Have been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded and both Kiran and Juni always do a great job.

Kiran and Juhi always do a great job! I can go to either of them and love my brows. So quick. Best eyebrow threading in Lakeland.

Very friendly atmosphere ! The man at the desk always greets you upon arrival ! Juhi does my brows amazing ! Keep up the great work !
