The lady turned me away from the mirror for over an hour and did absolutely the opposite of everything I asked for. I asked for a high, razor/skin fade. It's barely above the ears. I specified said TWICE, "a very thin hard part." I got a crooked landing strip on the side of my head. She even took some long hair from the top and hacked it off moving the part higher. She also took way to much off the top so it doesn't comb over anymore without a significant amount of wax to hold it down. THEN, she proceeded to lean me back in the chair and started shaving my face (and charged me for it) which I didn't ask for either! I don't leave 1 star reviews unless the entire experience is a complete botch job which this was.

Flex has garbage customer service brother takes thirty minutes to a hour after the appointment was originally booked to even get you seated in his chair and doesn’t even remember his appointments that are booked, he cancelled on me multiple times without notice on his Booksy honestly flex if you’re reading this do better you’re good at cutting hair at least. That’s the only thing going for him don’t even know why people book with him.
