stopped by King’s Beauty Supply on my way back to Easley. I needed a hair sponge for my hair. They have a nice selection of hair care products as well as jewelry and Shea butter. The owner and her associate were friendly and helpful. The was clean and organized. I would recommend King’s Beauty Supply.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Zero Stars, if it was possible. If I could give zero stars, I would, based on my recent experience at your store. On Thursday, I arrived around 7 pm with my husband, relying on the store hours posted that indicated a closing time of 7:30 pm. To my dismay, upon entering, I overheard a Hispanic man behind the counter loudly announcing that the store was closed. Unsure if he was addressing us, I continued to browse. My husband briefly stepped out to visit the liquor store next door and returned around 7:10 pm. However, the same man at the counter persistently stated that the store was closed, The man then again said to me, "Do you need help?" If not, the store is closed. Honestly awful customer service and no help, I spent over 100 dollars on some clip in extensions just to try them and my hair wasn’t long enough to work with them, I came back the same day to exchange and they refused because I had taken off the ties holding the hair because obviously I took them out to try them. Lady was rude about it and wouldn’t do anything about it so now i’ve wasted over 100 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. Also they never stated when purchasing that they do not do refunds or anything it only says it on the receipt AFTER you purchase. How do you expect to make any money if people can’t even test hair extensions or wigs out first.

I come in the store at 7:42 being it states online they closed at 8:00pm. I'm in there for literally less than a minute.NOT EXAGGERATING. and he goes " Ma'am can you kind of hurry up because we're already closed". I'm like oh it says that online that you close at 8. So I just grabbed a pair of lashes and left. I barely got the door open to leave before he turned the light off. Extremely rude. And will not be going back. Do not post operating hours if you are not going to adhere to them. There was a customer making a purchase when I entered the store, so no way they were closing at such an odd time..I was back in my car by like 7:46. This is a pretty decent store. I found mostly what I was looking for. The prices were not bad. I had no problems with anyone's attitude. They were helpful. But then there was the sign. "Do not open and use the lip product, that's nasty". While I tend to agree, this is not your house but a place of business and the signage should be written as such.
