I went in with inspiration and left completely chopped, I tried to enjoy my hair afterwards until my mom throughly inspected my hair and discovered the “trim” was completely uneven and my some of my “blonde” is orange and in some spots completely brown which was ridiculous considering I spent $250, not including tip. It’s such a shame because Carter and I really got along and connected so well. She’s such a nice girl, but I really wish I could enjoy my hair afterwards. I texted her to see if I could get my hair fixed and after I let her know that February 6th wouldn’t work for me, she completely ghosted me. I absolutely love my hair! Lily gave me a full blonde highlight, and it turned out even better than I imagined. She took so much time and care to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is beautiful and relaxing — the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend! 💛

Hello, I want to express my discomfort with Miss Sara because of the terrible service she gave me. I asked her to do a balayage, I sent her a photo of my hair and how I wanted it. She told me the price would be $360 and I accepted. She started doing my hair, but since she had too many appointments, she let her assistant do the work. The poor girl didn’t really know how to do it and had to call Sara all the timeSaraseemed annoyed, even though she was the one who was supposed to do my hair. When she started drying my hair, she asked me if I liked it, and I told her no because my hair had white, yellow, orange, and brown tones, which is not what I asked for. She became rude, yelled at me, and said it looked the same as the photo. She also told me that if I wanted it fixed, I had to pay $80 mo

I’ve been getting my extensions done here for around 6 months, all by Carter. She’s always so easy to get in contact with and is super flexible with my schedule as a college student. My hair is always perfect when I leave!! She always does what she can to give me the best results and is always super mindful of my money and genuinely looks out for my budget, hair health, and hair goals!!! My extensions can literally go two months without budging and I basically forget I have them theyre so comfy. Would literally drive hours to come see her omg can’t recommend enough!! p.s. my real hair is around shoulder length so this is alllll her.
