I buy 2 packages of 100% human hair 18’ and 22’ the first 2 pictures are the 18’ the first time I put them together they look perfect but when I washed them the hair looks like dry and damaged hair… the 22’ is empty is the 3 picture 🥴 worst hair extensions ever!!! And they don’t return money and if you put them in head and try to return it or exchange they don’t want to…

I went for a small flat iron and they only had three flat irons total. I couldn't find what I was looking. Customer service was ok.

I found 1/10 items I needed inside the store. Decided I didn't want to just buy just 1 item so I put it back and walked out. The owner with gray hair and scrunchy face accused me of stealing. Crazy behavior when your store is extremely dirty and barely have any good products.

I love everything about this store it’s just one worker they hired who was extremely rude I had asked her what would she recommend and proceeded to walk into the next aisle and talk shit under her breath because I’m not black
