King Nails Texas City

This was my first time at this nail salon and I’m so impressed! I showed Dianna an inspiration picture for my manicure and asked if she could do it. She was very confident and absolutely delivered! I live in New Caney, TX and was just in the area when I decided to stop by, but now I’ll definitely be coming back. Dianna did such an amazing job on my manicure, and the lady who did my pedicure (I didn’t get her name) also did a wonderful job. Everyone was professional and the quality of work was great. I highly recommend this nail salon if you want a place that really listens to what you want and delivers beautiful results!

This is where you should go, no questions asked, and here is why: Comfortable, clean shop. Not loud, kind, clean, professional staff. They did what I asked for, exactly how I asked, asked appropriate questions and made sure they understood. I like my nails how I like them and they came out how I wanted. Now how THEY wanted. On top of that, I showed up with literally mangled hands from a bad “nail tech” the day before and they still made my hands look like this. They are also reasonably priced. They earned repeat customer here! Thanks again!

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I went in with a specific design and showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. What I received looked nothing like the photo. When I mentioned it, he insisted they looked perfect and didn’t offer to fix them. My toenails were also done poorly. One of them was visibly crooked. When I brought it to someone else’s attention, they agreed it was crooked and fixed it, but by that point, the overall experience was already frustrating. I paid $195 for nails and toes, which is extremely expensive for the quality I received. My nails looked so bad that I had to go to another salon and pay again to have them fixed.
